This notice explains what information is collected on this site and why, in accordance with Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection of the Republic of Panama.

What we collect

The quote tool doesn't store your information on this site: it uses what you select and type (the coverage you're interested in, who it's for, the age or company-size range, your name and an optional comment) to put together a WhatsApp message that you choose whether to send. That information only reaches Roberto if you send the message, and the message includes a code showing which page of the site you wrote from.

If you book a call, you do it on Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your quote and follow up with you as a client. We don't sell or share your information with third parties, except with the insurer when you decide to get a quote or buy a policy, because it's needed to do so.

Visit statistics

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits in aggregate (how many people visit and which pages). We don't use it to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its use. Message us on WhatsApp at +507 6744-2512 and we'll take care of it.
